Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark See, is going to visit Ethiopia on September 26 to celebrate the holy feast of the cross with the Ethiopian church, spokesman for the Coptic Orthodox Church said.
The Pope will visit the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Addis Ababa and a number of Ethiopian monasteries and museums, including the National Museum and the Patriarchal Museum.
It’s worth mentioning that the Pope is going to return to Cairo after his Pastoral visit to Sweden and Denmark before he travels to Ethiopia.
