Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark See, said during the visit of Mr. Abdullah Jimida, head of the Ethiopian parliament, and the Ethiopian People's diplomatic delegation, that the Coptic Church prays for development in Ethiopia, and the Ethiopian people.
Pope added that building Renascence Dam is one way to face poverty in Ethiopia which we should support, and we trust their promises not to harm Egypt through the Dam.
He added that the Coptic Church is looking forward to the visit of Abona Matthias soon.
