Gharbiya security agencies arrested on Tuesday evening 15 alleged Muslim Brotherhood supporters after they clashed with the police and the residents with bricks and Molotov cocktails.
They were marching in protest against the army and the police.
Security forces had to use armored vehicles and tear gas canisters to disperse them on the streets of the town of Samanoud.
The arrested were taken to Mahalla for investigation.
