Field Marshal Abdul Fattah al-Sisi said that he expects more assassinate attempts by the Islamists who have already lost the sympathy of the Egyptian people because of their violence leaving no place for reconciliation.
He added in his interview with Reuters news agency that the West is responsible for supporting democracy in Egypt which will never be achieved except by supporting the Egyptian economy.
He added saying: "I love my country and I love my people. Therefore, I want to achieve democracy, freedom, the rule of law and a better lifestyle."
