A number of Coptic organizations held conference to demand decent representation of the Coptic Christians and women in the upcoming Parliament.
The Coptic organizations, including Copts' General Body and Egyptian Union for Human Rights, participating in the conference announced they will meet with committee responsible for drafting the Political Rights Law, as well as the presidential candidates to discuss with them how to encourage the participation of women and Copts in political life in Egypt.
