Eyewitnesses told Copts United that a leading member of the Muslim Brotherhood ignited the recent sectarian violence today near the Evangelical Church in Mallawy.
The incidents started when a street vendor parked his car near the construction site of the Church. Coptic workers told him he should leave and he complied.
Yet, the leading member of the Muslim Brotherhood incited the people to attack the Church and the Coptic Christians claiming that Christians were able to overcome the Muslims!
Four Copts and two Muslims have been injured in the attack including a Coptic many with serious injury whose brother was killed in a demonstration couple of months ago.
