The Supreme Elections Commission announced those who don't vote should receive penalty and pay a fine by the respective prosecutors.
Spokes person of the Commission said in a press conference today that Human Rights organization are allowed to monitor the voting process tomorrow.
He added that all judges are allowed to supervise and participate in the voting process except for those being investigated or suspended.
