Egypt's presidency has declared public mourning for three days after 15 people were killed in a blast near the Mansoura’s Security Directorate.
Suicide terrorists have attacked the Security Directorate of Mansoura, about 75 miles northeast of the capital causing severe damage to the building and nearby buildings as well as many death and injuries.
